Business Startup Packages

These packages will take you through the complete startup process of owning and managing your own janitorial service, from helping you select an office space to bring you in up to 300K in annual billing. They are only for individuals who are positive they want to break in to this industry and will require an investment of 65K to 85K with a 50% deposit after the $10,000.00 retainer is paid. This will take a 110% commitment on your part and the growth rate of your business will depend largely on how fast you catch on and how fast your staff will catch on. We will assist you in selecting staff members and will require you to have a minimum of 4 full-time people plus your cleaning crews by the time we reach the completion of your package. The larger packages will require 6-7 full-time people depending on how involved you want to be on the day-to-day operations and your growth goals.

Here we will give an outline on each phase of these packages and what makes them different form just purchasing janitorial accounts:

Retainer Consult

  • Question and answer session with you and/or your staff
  • Establish what your goals are and ultimately where you want to be in this industry over the next five years
  • Location selection, sqf needed and type of office your business will need
  • If you do not have a company name yet we will establish one with you
  • Obtain all legal paperwork necessary to establish your company
  • Prepare an outline with you of what needs to happen before our return visit to begin your campaign. Usually this is signing a lease, establishing utilities, getting phone and internet lines installed, signage, begin interviewing staff, set up office with furniture, etc.
  • Review contract, establish milestone payments, project term and a deposit will be collected

Prior to Campaign Start

  • Establish a Domain Name
  • Establish a Web Hosting Account
  • Begin Website Design with SEO
  • Begin Branding (business cards, brochures, promotional materials, letter head, fax cover sheets, etc.)
  • Design Log Books
  • Set up QuickBooks with your company information, cost centers and design invoices with your logo
  • Get shirts printed, embroidered shirts and other sales materials necessary for start up
  • Design telemarketing script for your area
